On 4 November 2024, Universidad Isabel I hosted in Burgos the third transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ Sport PSYCOACH project. A decisive day in which the partners closed the course handbook, defined the operations of the learning platform and set the dissemination plan and the podcast roadmap.
Hosting organisation and participants
As hosting organisation, Universidad Isabel I welcomed the team at its Burgos premises (Calle Fernán González, 76). On site: Spartaco Grieco (MSV), Manel Ferrando (Psicosport / 6tma) and Irene Montejano and Mariya Frankovska (UI1). Online: Antónia Correia and Joana Machado (SCC) and Francisco “Paco” Díaz (Psicosport / 6tma).
What the meeting delivered
- Morning (10:30–13:30): review and approval of the PSYCOACH course handbook structure, planning of the course launch, brief presentation of all quarterly reports (D3) and thorough review of pending deliverables.
- Afternoon (14:30–17:30): course launch and dissemination plan, guidelines for the PSYCOACH podcast, roadmap for the weeks ahead until project closure.
Milestones agreed in Burgos
- Approval of the course handbook with its 5 modules
- Learning platform ready to host coaches
- Script and planning of the podcast series (4–5 minutes each)
- Distribution of roles for each partner’s local dissemination
Next steps
Next and final transnational meeting scheduled in Tarragona on 22 February 2025, hosting also the project’s final conference.
