HEARTletics holds its 2nd Transnational Meeting in Catalonia, in Vila-seca (Tarragona)

From 14 to 18 June 2026, the Centre Rendiment in Vila-seca, in Catalonia (Tarragona), hosted the second transnational meeting of the HEARTletics — Active Minds Strong Hearts: Athletics for Kids project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Sport 2025 programme.

Hosting organisation and coordination

As hosting organisation, Psicosport / 6tma Associació coordinated five days of intensive work together with the project partners, led by Jana Vančáková (KARGENC, Türkiye) and Francisco “Paco” Díaz (6tma / Psicosport).

What the meeting delivered

• Monday 15: opening, project progress review and presentation by each partner of their four proposed sessions for the common Toolkit. Collaborative design of Session 1.
• Tuesday 16: finalisation of Sessions 2, 3 and 4. Financial reporting, dissemination plan and sustainability plan. Official closing with a farewell dinner in Vila-seca.
• Wednesday 17: guided visit to Roman Tarragona (Amphitheatre, Roman Circus, Cathedral — UNESCO heritage) as a teambuilding and informal networking activity.
• Thursday 18: farewell and departure.

Next steps

Consolidation of the Toolkit with the four final sessions and start of local implementation with each partner’s target groups.
